Keep the competition fair and the community welcoming.
These guidelines apply to Obsidian Tale gameplay and community spaces. Ask staff if you are unsure about a situation. Reports and appeals can be raised through our Discord.
Chat & Community
Respect other players
No targeted harassment, discriminatory abuse, threats, or sharing someone’s private information.
Chat and voice etiquette
Avoid flooding chat, impersonating staff, disruptive microphone use, and unwanted advertising.
Fair Gameplay
Cheating and unfair advantages
Do not use combat automation, aim assistance, movement cheats, or tools that reveal hidden player information.
Exploits and reward farming
Report bugs rather than exploiting them. Do not arrange repeated kills or abuse alternate accounts to farm shards or event scores.
Arena and match conduct
Follow the instructions for each mode. Do not deliberately disrupt matches, create lag, or bypass arena protections.
Client Modifications
Performance and cosmetic changes
Keep client changes fair: they must not automate actions or reveal information that other players cannot normally see. Ask staff about any uncertain mod.
